Dev is perhaps best known for his role as the founding CEO and chairman of Fission Energy Corp, a highly successful uranium exploration company. In 2011, under Dev Randhawa's leadership, Fission Energy was was named a TSX Venture 50(r) Company. Other notable career highlights include building Strathmore Minerals Corp. into a $350M market cap (as founder and CEO) and founding, building and subsequently selling Pacific Asia Energy Inc. (as President and CEO). In addition to his CEO roles, Dev Randhawa provides strategic consultancy and financing to public corporations through his private corporation RD Capital. He is also an accomplished public speaker at investor conferences.

    March 2006 - April 2013

    Founding CEO and Chairman of Fission Energy. I headed up the management team that founded and built Fission Energy into he hottest uranium exploration company out there - with two major uranium discoveries in Canada's Athabasca Basin. In April 2013 we sold a large proportion of our assets to Denison Mines and spun out a NewCo called Fission Uranium Corp. to focus on the new high grade discovery at Patterson Lake South (PLS).
